Lee Rubin is a powerful voice. His ability to understand and articulate winning principles with clarity and practicality makes him a sought-after speaker, advisor, and teacher. Lee is a frequent speaker and panelist at corporations and professional association conferences.

 

Lee holds a bachelor's degree in speech communications with a minor in business from Penn State University. He received a full athletic scholarship to play football for the Penn State Nittany Lions under legendary coach Joe Paterno. Lee emerged as a starting free safety and captain of one of football’s most historic teams.
 

For 15 years after college, Lee leveraged his leadership talent in the Human Resources departments of Fortune 500 companies.
 

Lee now applies his success in the classroom, on the field, and office to teach forward-thinking people strategies to captivated audiences. With humor and the hard-earned experience of delivering 60+ talks in the last year, Lee dispenses insight on team building, leadership, and peak performance in a way that deeply resonates. He has taken the stage for leading Fortune 500 Companies like JP Morgan Chase, Merck, SONY, T-Mobile, and Under Armour, to name a few, as well as collegiate sports teams and organizations across the country.

 

Lee was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and raised in Central New Jersey. He and his lovely wife, Carmen, are blessed with two beautiful daughters.
