Declan joined Engage as an intern in August 2021. He worked his way up from that role to a part-time position while he finished his education at Vanderbilt University. After graduating in May 2023, he joined Engage full-time as the Director of Sales & Talent.

He works on a variety of projects within sales & account management, talent management, marketing, operations, and product development.
