For most of my career, I worked my way up the ranks in ad agencies learning about customer behavior and the tactics that persuade buyers to engage bands.

 

In 2017 I reached the peak of my corporate career as a VP of Strategy within Omnicom as well as being named one of the top 40 40 digital marketers in the USA by Campaign Magazine.

 

Until 2020 I focused on helping major brands establish, cultivate, and deliver Customer Experience. Over the recent years, I've had the opportunity to help Wells Fargo, AT&T, FedEx, McDonald's, and others.

 

In 2020 I began to be recognized as the global voice of CX and have been sharing innovation and leadership stories with audiences around the world.
