Igor Mikhalev is a Partner and the Head of Emerging Technologies Strategy at EY-Parthenon. He was formerly a Business Technology & Innovation Strategy leader and a researcher at Boston Consulting Group. His focus is on helping clients deliver competitive advantage and business performance improvement through the application of state-of-the-art decentralized digital ecosystem strategies and the use of emerging technologies, specifically Blockchain-based.

Igor holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics (University of Amsterdam, Netherlands) and a Master’s degree in Software and Automated systems engineering. He built successful teams and worked in multiple geographies: Netherlands, Russia, United States, and Germany.
